Panattoni Park, Aylesford

Tonbridge and Malling

Open

Situated on the site of the former Aylesford Newsprint paper mill and strategically located between Junctions 4 and 5 of the M20, Panattoni Park Aylesford has been transformed into one of the South East’s leading logistics and distribution hubs. The 90-acre brownfield redevelopment now provides more than 1.6 million sq ft of Grade A industrial and warehouse space and reached full occupation within four years of development.

Major occupiers include Amazon, DHL, Evri, Fowler Welch and Tesco, which completed its bespoke 621,000 sq ft distribution facility in 2025. The park supports around 4,000 jobs and is estimated to contribute £180 million annually to the local economy, making it the largest single employment site in Tonbridge and Malling.

Sustainability has been a key focus throughout the development, with high environmental standards, biodiversity enhancements delivered alongside Kent Wildlife Trust, and plans for the UK’s first logistics park-based electric HGV charging hub.

Following its success in Aylesford, Panattoni has continued its investment in Kent through developments including Panattoni Park Sevenoaks near Wrotham.
